My Story
 
 
 

I am a Frontend Design Engineer and Technical Lead. I help founders and CTOs untangle frontend complexity and build the conditions for their teams to scale.

 

I started building websites in Venezuela, where resource constraints taught me to solve problems with what I had. That foundation shaped how I think about engineering: pragmatic, outcome-focused, and always aware of tradeoffs.

 

Over 9 years, I have led frontend teams, presented to C-level executives, and shipped products used by thousands. I created Puppertino, an open-source CSS framework with 1,000+ GitHub stars. I have worked with Shark Tank entrepreneurs, fintech startups, healthcare platforms, and creative agencies.

 

My leadership style is calm, structured, and direct. I believe in clarity over chaos, systems over heroics, and honest communication even when it is uncomfortable. I operate as a bridge between engineering, design, and leadership.
